You will design treatment plans addressing communication, cognition and swallowing disorders, collect data, adjust therapy as needed, and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and social work to ensure safe discharge. You will document outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

He/she has clinical and/or functional knowledge of the position for which they are accountable, either directly or indirectly through delegation of tasks. The incumbent is accountable to the Administrative Team. Collaborates with other Clinical Associates to meet individual needs using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective care.
