LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver specialized therapy for patients with speech and communication challenges in Midland, Texas.

Responsibilities include evaluating and developing individualized plans, adapting therapy as progress occurs, and documenting patient outcomes while celebrating milestones. A COE degree and CCC are preferred, CPR within 30 days is expected, and collaboration within a caring team is essential.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CCC Certification required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Utilization of advanced technology and resources.
