Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a per diem Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to provide rehabilitation-focused speech therapy for patients recovering from injury or disease. The role covers multiple locations including Wilmington, Newark, Glasgow and Middletown.

You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, educate families, and document care while collaborating with the rehabilitation team in a hospital setting. The compensation is $59.00/hour with applicable differentials.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware.
• CCC or CF Certification.
• CPR Certification.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Education and experience requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) OR CF Certification
• CPR Certification

This is a flat rate position, any individual hired into this position will be paid $59.00/hour plus any applicable differentials. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
