Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. You will identify issues and modify therapy as needed, and you will track and document patient performance and progress while celebrating patient victories.

Qualificações

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (Speech-Language Pathology) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Formação académica

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience
