Ideal candidates hold active licensure/CCC credentials, with CPR current or obtainable within 30 days, and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor's with field experience). Join a national leader in post-acute care and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required or must be completed.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
