Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver individualized therapy, evaluate progress, and guide patients through speech and language rehabilitation in a supportive setting.

You will work as part of a nationwide rehabilitation leader, with opportunities for professional growth, competitive benefits, and a collaborative team focused on patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Mansioni

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
