Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver personalized therapy and support to patients near Dayton, Virginia. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, document progress, and celebrate small victories with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification required or must be obtained for practice.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

CCC Certification

Bachelor's degree with field experience
