Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and language challenges with compassionate, evidence-based care. You’ll assess, plan, and administer personalized therapy in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification for Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience

ASHA CCC Certification

State licensure or certification as SLP
