Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and language challenges in a leading inpatient rehabilitation setting.

You will evaluate, design and administer personalized treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and celebrate patient milestones as part of a nationwide post-acute care leader.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (ASHA).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with related experience.

Mansioni

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
