Job summary

Baxter Health in Arkansas seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in both children and adults.

The role requires CCC-SLP certification, current Arkansas license, and CPR certification; experience with Modified Barium Swallow Test is preferred. A $20,000 sign-on bonus may apply. Work in a hospital and outpatient settings with a focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification required for practice.
• Current Arkansas Speech-Language Pathology license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, social communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
• Work with patients in hospital and outpatient settings.
• Must be able to perform Modified Barium Swallow Test.
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation and collaborate with the care team.
