Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team and help patients regain speech and communication skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will evaluate, plan, and administer personalized therapies using state-of-the-art tools to help patients return to meaningful daily life.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, ongoing assessment, documentation of progress, and family education.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification required.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Formation

Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience

Current licensure or certification

CCC Certification
