Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and Tennessee licensure eligibility.
  • CCC or CF eligibility required.
  • Strong diagnostic, therapy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Pediatrics experience preferred; computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work with children and families.

Job description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services in speech, language, oral motor, and feeding areas, adhering to state and federal regulations and ASHA standards.


Key Duties Include


  • Performing evaluations and reassessments to determine patient needs and strengths.

  • Developing and updating individualized plans of care with measurable goals, promoting patient safety and functional improvement.

  • Delivering skilled therapy sessions, educating patients and caregivers, and planning discharge and follow-up care.

  • Ensuring accurate documentation, billing, and effective communication with the healthcare team and external providers.

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and participating in ongoing professional development.

  • Managing patient schedules efficiently, maintaining productivity, and contributing to a positive, respectful environment.


Qualifications Include


  • Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for Tennessee licensure.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship.

  • Strong diagnostic, therapy, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with pediatrics preferred, along with computer proficiency.
