Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology preferred.
• Licensure as an SLP in the state of employment or CCC/CFY under supervision; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Perform Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) evaluations in collaboration with Radiology.
• Document interventions, progress, and outcomes in the medical record daily.
• Coordinate referrals and education with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
