Job summary

Encompass Health in Arkadelphia, AR is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting. You will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes, collaborating with a care team to optimize patient recovery.

CPR certification, Arkansas licensure, and CCC are required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas licensure or eligibility.
• CCC certification by ASHA.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with field experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized SLP treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy approaches as needed.
• Track, document, and report patient progress.
• Celebrate patient victories and support rehabilitation goals.
