Job summary

DCH Health System in Northport, AL is seeking a licensed PT/OT/SLP to manage comprehensive patient care, develop plans of care, and collaborate with family and disciplines. You will deliver therapeutic interventions and ensure proper documentation to support quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold Alabama licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.

Qualifications

Current Alabama Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech & Language Pathology licensure Maintains active status with license in good standing with the state board or licensing agency. Can write legibly, speak and read English. Maintain current license in one of the previous listed clinical specialties.

• PT/OT/Speech
  • Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
• Must be able to perform the duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Hearing and vision must be normal or corrected to within normal range.
• Physical presence onsite is essential.
