Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy in a patient-centered setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, and monitor progress with a focus on meaningful patient outcomes.

This role supports a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team and requires licensure, CCC, and CPR certification (or completion within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Current state license in Speech Therapy required.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent experience accepted.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

License or Certification:Must be in possession of current state license in Speech Therapy.Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC), required.BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
