Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver personalized therapy, evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a leading inpatient setting.

You’ll join a nationwide rehabilitation leader offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $10,000, and a supportive culture that emphasizes growth, learning, and compassionate care for the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
