Encompass Health in the United States is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our national inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans to help patients overcome speech and language challenges, documenting progress and adjusting therapy as needed.

Qualifications include current state licensure, CCC certification, CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire), and a master’s degree (or bachelor’s with field experience).

• Current state licensure as a speech-language pathologist.
• CCC Certification completed or in process.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred; bachelor’s accepted with relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Track, document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
