Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language disorders in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
