Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeview is seeking a Speech Pathologist to support patients with speech and language rehabilitation. You will evaluate, customize treatment plans, and document progress in a collaborative inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• CCC certification is required by many state boards.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is preferred or equivalent.
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language disorders.
• Identify and modify speech therapy approaches as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes with the care team.
