Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a dedicated Speech Pathologist to evaluate and implement personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients with communication challenges. You will identify issues, adjust therapy strategies, and track progress while celebrating patient successes and providing ongoing support.

Applicants should hold current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations, CCC, and CPR certification within 30 days if needed.

• CCC certification (Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence).
