Job summary

UCLA Health seeks a skilled speech-language pathologist to provide adult outpatient services at our West Hills clinic. The role includes evaluation and treatment of voice and upper airway disorders, swallowing disorders, and neurogenic communication disorders.

Experience with voice and upper airway disorders and modified barium swallow studies is preferred. Initial training occurs at Westwood and Santa Monica locations, with ongoing opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• California State Speech Pathology license required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities essential.
• Ability to quickly learn new computer and clinic systems.
• Experience evaluating and treating voice and upper airway disorders required.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult outpatient speech-language pathology services.
• Evaluate and treat voice and upper airway disorders, swallowing disorders and neurogenic communication disorders.
• Onboarding and training will occur at Westwood and Santa Monica clinics before serving West Hills location.

Description

Seeking a skilled speech-language pathologist who can provide adult outpatient services in our West Hills outpatient clinic location (initial training and onboarding will take place at our Westwood and Santa Monica clinic locations). Individual will provide adult outpatient services including the evaluation and treatment of various disorders including, but not limited to, voice and upper airway disorders, swallowing disorders, neurogenic communication disorders. Applicant should have experience with voice and upper airway disorders. Experience with modified barium swallow studies is preferred.

Salary Range:Annual: 131,857.2000-174,013.9200
