Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote teletherapy for Pennsylvania-based students. This contract/freelancer role supports IEP meetings and requires active licensure as an SLP and CCC-SLP certification. Flexibility across time zones and reliable computer equipment are essential to succeed.

Ideal candidates have school-based experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with school staff to support student outcomes in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Active state license as an SLP is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• 1 year of school-based experience including a Clinical Fellowship Year, or 2 years of total clinical experience including a Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Schedule flexibility and willingness to work across time zones.
• Owns a reliable personal computer and basic tech setup.

What you’ll do

• Working knowledge of technology, such as headphones and personal computers

• Our clinicians can choose to work as little as 5 hours per week or work up to 40: All availability will be considered within typical school-based hours
• Compensation is $40-55 per hour. Pay rate is determined based on experience and market conditions
• You’ll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
