Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital’s Fort Myers team is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based evaluations and treatments for children and young adults birth–21 across hospital and outpatient settings.

You will collaborate with caregivers to create practical care plans, document accurately to support continuity of care and revenue processes, and expand access while strengthening department performance under Florida and ASHA guidelines.

Formación

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA-certified within 12 months of employment.
• Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in Florida.
• Excellent command of the English Language.
• Pediatric experience highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evidence-based evaluations and treatments for birth–21 patients in hospital and outpatient settings.
• Partner with caregivers to build practical care plans and document to support continuity of care and revenue cycle.
• Mentor learners and contribute to program development under supervision of Rehab Regional Manager.

Position Summary:

Join Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital’s Fort Myers team as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing evidence-based evaluations and treatments for children and young adults (birth–21) with needs across hospital and outpatient settings. In our multidisciplinary, family-centered model, you’ll partner with caregivers to build practical care plans, document accurately to support continuity of care and the revenue cycle, and take initiative to expand access and strengthen departmental performance. You’ll have opportunities to mentor learners, contribute to program development, and practice within Florida and ASHA guidelines, with clinical support from the Rehab Regional Manager—while making a meaningful impact in the Southwest Florida community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology
• Certification as a SLP by the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA) within 12 months of employment
• Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Florida
• Excellent command of the English Language
• Pediatric experience highly preferred

Salary Range: Minimum $37.07/hour - Maximum $59.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
