Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Albuquerque is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy, diagnosing and treating speech and language disorders while guiding patients toward meaningful communication. You’ll work within a supportive team at a nationwide rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications include state licensure, CCC, and CPR/BLS; Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with related experience. Join us to advance patient care with cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required for the role.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
• License in Speech Therapy must be current.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories throughout the care journey.

Education

• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC), required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
