Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Pearland is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and communication challenges. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with personalized plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an SLP and CCC certification are required or anticipated.
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree is preferred; a Bachelor's with relevant experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
