Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide therapy and support to patients, helping them overcome speech and communication challenges in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation leader, contributing to meaningful patient victories every day.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
