Job summary

The role involves evaluating and managing personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation, with a focus on progress tracking and adapting therapy as needed, while ensuring patient-centered care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred for the position.
• Bachelor’s degree with field experience may be accepted in lieu of a master’s.
• CCC preferred or required for practice.
• State licensure/certification required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
