Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop personalized therapy plans, assess progress, and adjust as necessary in a supportive, collaborative environment within a leading nationwide rehabilitation company.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, ongoing professional growth, and compassionate patient care, with opportunities for full-time or part-time weekend

Formación

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR/BLS certification must be current or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and support patient communication goals.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

License or Certification:Must be in possession of current state license in Speech Therapy.Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC), required.BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
