Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver specialized speech-language and swallowing services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and dysphagia disorders, developing evidence-based, individualized care plans.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient-centric recovery, educate families, and document outcomes.
