Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and support patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. You will develop personalized plans, track progress, and celebrate patient successes within a compassionate team at our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation network.

Qualified candidates will have state licensure, CCC certification, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
  • Speech-Language Pathology CCC certification required (ASHA).
  • CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

  • Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
  • Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment when necessary.
  • Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
  • Celebrating patient victories along the way.
