Encompass Health Corporation invites you to join our Speech Pathologist team across our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation locations. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

We seek candidates with current state licensure, CCC certification, CPR/BLS, and a relevant master's or bachelor's degree with field experience.

Formación

• Must be licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state.
• CCC certification (SLP-CCC) is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer individual treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress with the team.

Educación

Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience

Current licensure in Speech Therapy

CCC certification (SLP-Certificate of Clinical Competence)

Qualifications

• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Must be in possession of current state license in Speech Therapy.
