Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation network. You will evaluate, design, and administer individualized speech and language therapies to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and meaningful communication.

• CCC Certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master‘s degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s degree with field experience.
