Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver specialized speech-language and swallowing services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and dysphagia disorders, developing evidence-based, individualized care plans.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient-centric recovery, educate families, and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Kansas.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care.
