Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Therapy Team Leader to guide a skilled speech-language pathology team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will evaluate and treat adults with communication and swallowing disorders while coordinating interdisciplinary care with PT, OT, nursing, and physicians.

You will mentor staff, support scheduling and quality initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance, contributing to patient recovery and a patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed speech-language pathologist (CCC-SLP preferred)
• Experience leading teams in healthcare settings is a plus
• Strong knowledge of evaluation and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders
