Young World Physical Education is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for the 2026-27 school year in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting from an accredited institution.
• Registration as an assistant with the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.

Responsibilities

• Administers screening protocols.
• Transports students to/from testing or therapy areas.
• Administers therapeutic treatment protocols written by the speech-language pathologist.
• Communicates with students and other professionals.
• Obtains case histories and completes observation checklists.
