Qualifications

• Active SLPA license in Arizona (Required).
• AHCCCS ID (Required - we will assist you with obtaining).

Awaken Your Voice offers Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) earning potential up to $66 per hour, with pay provided even when clients no-show and tools designed to reduce paperwork.

The organization provides multiple compensation plans—Starter, Growth, and VIP—so team members can choose the structure that fits their current needs and adjust as their caseload increases.

Each plan offers benefits such as no-show pay, a streamlined portal and EMR system, and options for W-2 or 1099 employment.
