Job description

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in the 19144 area of Philadelphia, PA.

This opportunity offers maternity leave coverage with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent position for someone interested in continuing beyond the leave.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide speech and language services to students in kindergarten through 8th grade, with the majority of the caseload consisting of K-4 students

  • Work with individual students and small groups of 1–2 students

  • Follow established treatment plans and support students in meeting their speech and language goals

  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and the supervising SLP to support student progress

  • Complete documentation and data collection in accordance with student plans and school requirements

Position Details

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19144

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Caseload: Kindergarten through 8th grade, primarily K-4

Supervision: Virtual supervision by an SLP during maternity leave coverage

Duration: Maternity leave coverage, with the potential for a permanent, full-time opportunity

Flexibility: Some scheduling flexibility may be available to accommodate individual needs
