Qualifications

  • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supervising SLP.
  • Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and document client progress accurately.
  • Assist with screenings, data collection, and therapy preparation.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with supervising SLPs, families, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy environment.
  • Adhere to all state regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
