Essential Therapy Solutions, Llc seeks a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support licensed SLPs in therapy delivery within our Arizona community. You will conduct screenings, contribute to assessments, and document client progress while assisting with session preparation and scheduling.

The role requires a bachelor's-level credential with state licensure, a strong client-relations focus, and reliable communication with families and professionals in a team-driven setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with assistant licensure and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Pass state and federal background checks.

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
• Conduct screenings and assessments as directed by the SLP.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare materials and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and billing.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.

Essential Therapy Solutions started in 2007 in response to the overwhelming number of families in our Arizona community requiring services. We obtained school contracts as well as becoming a Qualified Vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We also contracted with other agencies holding Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) contracts to deliver services to the birth to 3 population.

SLPA Job Description

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Appropriate certifications and/or licensures with 3-5 years of related experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Must have basic computer skills, including word processing
• Must have excellent and professional written and verbal forms of expression, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
