Job summary

  • Strong organizational skills, reliability in maintaining records, and commitment to culturally responsive, family-centered care.

Role Description

The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) will support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering high-quality services to children in beautiful downtown Brea, CA. This part-time or full-time role includes implementing treatment plans, conducting therapy activities focused on speech, language, and communication goals, and collecting data on client progress. The SLPA will help prepare materials, maintain organized documentation, and communicate regularly with supervising clinicians regarding client needs and outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with caregivers, educators, and other team members to promote generalization of skills, participating in team meetings, and following all clinical and ethical guidelines.

Pay Description:

Dependent upon experience, range of $28-$40/billable hour
