Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to serve both adult and pediatric patients across Winona and Wabasha clinics. The role involves evaluation, plan of care development, and coordinated therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

This position will be split between our Winona Campus (3 days a week) and Wabasha Clinic (2 days a week) working with both pediatric and adult patients. As a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) you will evaluate and assess adult and pediatric individuals who have medical problems or other health related conditions impacting language, motor speech, cognition, right hemisphere dysfunction, basic voice, and dysphagia. In coordination with the referring provider and other clinical staff, you will develop a plan of care and provide treatment techniques and interventions to restore and improve function in alignment with American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Scope of Practice. This SLP position will have access to a large department of speech pathologists at the Gundersen La Crosse location and will collaborate with physical therapists and occupational therapists in both Winona and Wabasha as part of a multidisciplinary therapy team.
Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE) Monday – Friday day shifts, no weekends or holidays. Starting salary of $79,800, commensurate with your years of work experience.
