Bright Start Therapy in Lewiston, Maine is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (or CFY) to join a locally owned, pediatric-focused practice. You will work with children in a flexible, collaborative environment that supports mentorship, growth, and a balanced caseload across clinic and school settings.
We value relationships, ongoing professional development, and a supportive team of SLPs and OTs. Licensure in Maine or eligibility, and ASHA certification are preferred.
Are you an SLP looking for more than just a job?
At Bright Start Therapy, you won't be a number in a large healthcare system. You'll become part of a locally owned, pediatric-focused practice where clinicians know one another, collaborate across disciplines, and have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the children and families they serve.
We are growing our team and are looking for a Speech‑Language Pathologist and/or CFY who wants to build a rewarding career working with children while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
Why Bright Start?
We recognize the value of experienced clinicians and offer competitive compensation based on education, experience, and clinical expertise.
Beginning your career? We welcome Clinical Fellows and provide a supportive environment for developing your clinical skills and confidence.
Work alongside experienced SLPs and occupational therapists. We believe clinicians learn from one another and that collaboration leads to better outcomes for children.
Work exclusively with children and develop your expertise in pediatric speech and language, articulation, language disorders, AAC, social communication, fluency, and other areas of need.
Depending on your interests and experience, opportunities may include both clinic‑based and school‑based services, allowing you to build a varied and rewarding caseload.
We understand that clinicians have lives outside of work. We work with our therapists to develop schedules that are practical and sustainable.
Quality matters more than simply filling your schedule. We believe clinicians do their best work when they have the time and support needed to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
We encourage continuing education and support clinicians in developing areas of specialty that interest them.
If you are an experienced pediatric SLP, we want to hear about the expertise you can bring to our team.
If you are a new graduate or CF, we want to help you build a strong foundation for your career.
Why Bright Start?
Because you should know the children you serve—and the people you work beside.
At Bright Start Therapy, we believe great therapy starts with great relationships. We are committed to creating an environment where clinicians can grow professionally, maintain balance, collaborate with colleagues, and provide exceptional care to children and families.
