Job summary

Proforma Health is seeking a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential therapy services across diverse healthcare settings. The role includes floating to multiple facilities, assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CFY completion with ASHA CCC, and an active state license; BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFY completion and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Active state licensure required to practice.
• BLS certification may be required by some facilities.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities
