Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support patients with communication and swallowing disorders across facilities. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with shifts 08:00–16:30, Monday through Friday, offering onsite exposure in Alameda, California.

You must hold a Master's in SLP, CFY with CCC from ASHA, an active state license, and BLS if required, with SNF experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed CFY and current ASHA CCC.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide travel SLP services to patients across facilities.
• Address communication and swallowing disorders and support patient progress.
• Collaborate with facility staff to implement care plans.
