Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans, all while maintaining strong communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team in a SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments.
• Ability to conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Strong written and oral communication with patients, families, and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
