Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Williamsburg, Ohio. This PRN position offers as-needed hours and a chance to impact patient care directly in a supportive environment.

The role requires an Ohio SLP license (or CCC) and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. You will provide comprehensive speech therapy services, evaluate patients, and work with the team to achieve functional communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Ohio SLP licensure or eligibility for CCC-SLP.
• Eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to patients.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for adults with communication disorders.
• Collaborate with therapy team to optimize patient outcomes.

The primary purpose of the position is providing and directly speech therapy services to patients which may include adult and/or geriatric persons. The goal of helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice shall occur.
