Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Dayton, OH Skilled Nursing Facility. The role offers Premium Rate for Consistent Coverage with PRN hours available.

As an SLP, you will evaluate and treat residents under physician orders, using speech therapies and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all life areas. Qualifications include a state-licensed SLP, a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of employment.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician using speech therapies and assistive devices to maximize functional potential.
• Provide assessment and treatment planning in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to support resident communication and swallowing goals.

• PRN Offering occasional hours each week or Consistent Weekly Hours for PREMIUM RATE!
• Consistent PRN: 10-20 hours per week for 3 month assignment, Premium Hourly Rate
• Flexible Schedule during the week or on the weekends

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.

Qualifications:

• Speech-Language Pathologist license in state of employment
• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
