Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Marion, Ohio is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents in our skilled nursing facility. The role offers a flexible 4-day work week with 20-25 hours per week, with an option for a full-time split at a nearby facility.

You will work under physician orders, using diverse speech therapy techniques and devices to maximize residents’ communication and swallowing abilities, while collaborating with the care team. A sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed SLP in the state of employment (Ohio).
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA Certification required or eligible for certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under physician orders using speech therapy procedures and assistive devices.
• Document progress and communicate with care teams to maximize functional potential.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Marion, Ohio Skilled Nursing Facility.

• 4-Day Work Week, Flexible Schedule
• Part-Time 20-25 Hours/Week
• Or we can offer a full time position split with our neighboring facility in Mt. Gilead or Lewis Center
• Offering a Sign on Bonus

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license in state of employment
• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid ASHA Certification
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
