Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Lebanon, Kentucky Skilled Nursing Facilities. The role involves evaluating and treating residents under physician orders, using speech therapies and assistive devices to maximize functional potential.

• Speech-Language Pathologist license in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
• Provide goal-directed therapy to maximize residents' functional communication and swallowing safety.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and therapy teams within the Skilled Nursing Facility.

• 4-5 Day Work Week, Flexible Schedule
• Full-Time 30-40 Hours/Week
• $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.

Qualifications:

• Speech-Language Pathologist license in state of employment
• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid ASHA Certification or CFY Welcome
• 1 year of experience preferred.
